Funtime's Responsibilities
Our play kits were manufactured and installed in accordance with BS 8409: 2002
Our ball pools are cleaned and sanitised regularly in accordance with the requirements of BS 8409: 2002.
The play kits are inspected every morning to ensure they are clean and undamaged.
We have strong, bolted gates between the play area and reception to ensure children cannot leave the play centre unaccompanied.
We have CCTV surveillance throughout the centre and in our car park.
Adults are not allowed admittance unless they are accompanying a child, or joining a party already on the premises.
The majority of our staff are trained in a first aid or fire situation. We ensure that such trained person(s) are available on site at all times.
Our Kitchen staff are Food Safety trained and details of all qualifications and certificates are visibly displayed in the cafeteria area.

Our Visitors' Responsibilities
Parents, guardians and carers are responsible for the welfare and behaviour of their children whilst visiting Funtime Family Entertainment Centre.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Shoes must be removed by children and adults before entering the play area.
Socks must be worn at all times.
To protect the health and safety of children with allergies, customers are not permitted to consume their own food on our premises.
Confrontations or foul language directed at our staff or between visiting adults will not be tolerated.
You are welcome to use our large, free car park however cars and their contents are left entirely at their owners' risk.
